Since I booked my trip to Tokyo, I’m obsesed with all that gives me a glance of what I might see when visiting. The beautiful nature, architecture, design and of course the inspiring people. Also as a food lover I can’t wait to eat the most intressting kind of dishes. Already have a bord on Pintrest of places to visite and the list is getting long. Hopefully mijn friend and I can visite as much as possible.

In Tuscany, less than forty kilometers south of Florence lays a castle, Castello di Sammezzano. An incredible castle that has been abandoned and – to our great sorrow – is inaccessible to the public. Thanks to photographyer Martino Zegwaard we can admire this beauty. Too bad we can’t look for ourselves..
Can you imagine a warzone in the jungles of Congo to be that beautiful. photographer Richard Mosse captured incredible images of the war torn territory, using a rare military urveillance technique known as ‘Kodak Aerochrome’. This film brand created a way to show infrared capabilities. It means that the green tones in the jungle will transform into all kinds of red, lavender, crimson and hot pink.
It’s litterly takes your breath away and shows the beauty of Congo, an irrational and brutal warzone.
Yesterday Kanye West showed his new Autumn/Winter 2015 collection for Adidas Originals. YEEZY SEASON 1 is a collection of apparel and footwear that cherishes universality and timelessness. Described by West as the world’s first “solutions-based” clothing line, the individual pieces define a style that matches the relentless pace of contemporary lives. The show was conceptualized by West in collaboration with contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft.
Starring in the show is the little sis of Kim Kardashian West, Kylie Jenner. Walking her first runway show.
I stumbleupon these incredible street art made by Telmo Pieper & Miel Krutzmann, TELMO MIEL. This is just a whole nother level of street art! And i’m proud to say they are Dutch!! “Creators of Contemporary art” like they call themselves. Combining (spray) painting styles like realism, abstract and surrealism to create the perfect art. These imagemakers are inspirational and i would love to see their art in the streets, the world needs a bit of art for everyone to see!
The new music video by Die Antwoord called “Ugly Boy’s”, makes a statement. The south African duo, Ninja and Yo-landi Vi$$er, created a video clip to shock the world. Being accompained by the stunning Cara Delevingne, the bassist of Red Hot Chili Peppers Flea, the ATL twins, madman Marilyn Manson, crazy actor Jack Black and his own ex-wife Dita Von Teese. Creating a setting with Dark vs White, Fun vs Static and Creepy vs playful.

Viewing these incredible series of insects made out of recycled paper, makes me really happy. IGEPA Benelux made something insane using only garbage, what a great initiative and great result. View the video below and see how they made these little creatures.

Hussein Jarouche, the owner of Micasa, a furniture and object store located in São Paulo, and his girlfriend, interior decorator Ana Strumpf, visites New York for about 4 times a year. And when he get there he sleeps in his 87 m2 loft in Chelsea. Creating a space full with design, art and new ideas. Making a patchwork of old plates of brass lamps on the ceiling, hanging different kinds of animals on the wall, industrial objects (chairs, stairs and display cabinet) and of course a lot of art by Alex Katz, James Rosenquist and Damien Hirst.
