Creating 5 mable surfboards for his Cage installation at his flagship on 103 Grand Street in New York. Haydenshapes founder Hayden Cox personally crafting every surfboard by hand. Valentino Goes Dutch!
For their next fall collection 2013 Valentino went Dutch, asking the photogapher duo Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin to capture internationals beauties (like Maud Welzen, Kati Nescher, Magdalena Jasek, Irina Kravchenko, Sam Rollinson) in a real life version of the Golden Age of Flemisch portraiture.
The picture, taken at the Pier 59 Studios in New York, show the classic still-life elements, like a Delfs blue vase withs, grapes, old objects, and plumed bird, but to mix it up a bit the red pumps are thrown in.
