Put two artist in one room and they create amazing things. Architect Richard Rogers and his designer son Ab Rogers got a combined brief to design a ladder, an object that “often is overlooked as ordinary” sad Ab. “And deserves to be elevated by thoughtful design.
The briefing came from designer Xenia Moseley, to create an oak structure with a seating area and small table on top.
“I believe my work to be unique and representative of the joys and quirks of being a woman obsessed by today’s fashion culture.” Anna said.

I dreamt about this world being so different to anything anyone had ever seen, a dark world full of tropical plants and ruins and sweat. Inspiring movie about putting different artists in one white room with an A-list hip-hop artist, JAY-Z, to perform to them. But not only Jay-Z performs but he interacts with each of the artist individually. Very cool Lookbook of designer SixLee, mixing it up with some amazing art by collage artist Ernesto Artillo. The combination makes this really stand out in my eyes. And love how designers now a days mix media to create something totally different. SixLee shows his collection as an art piece.
Krzysztof Olszewski aka KED is Polish photographer, Filmmaker and visual artist. He creates photoseries by helping the surroudings of the picture. Like his project about objects that are standing on the border of a country and before photographing them, he paints them red and white (the polish colors).
KED recently took on the task of making everyday objects “visable again”, like WC pans, satellite dishes, pavers and a bench. Turning them in to a strange looking Discoballs. KED likes to created something with what already exists and makes an art piece out of it. Even though his artwork is meant to set free in nature, some objects are put in museums.
Artist Nickolay Lamm created the barbie doll in realistic proportions. He made a 3D model of Barbie to show that not only models give the wrong idea to girls but also the too skinny Barbie. So he gave Barbie the proportions of an average 19-year-old woman. Then photographed the two next to each other, so you can see the difference. Same hair, make-up and clothes on, but Barbie 2.0 is shaped like a ‘real’ girl!
